'Shark fish Recipe:- Ingredients:- 1. Shark fish – 950 gm. Ingredients to fry and grind:- 1. Grated Coconut – 1 no. 2. Coriander seeds – 10 tbsp. 3. Red Chilli – 25 gm Fry all the ingredients and grind it using required water and keep it aside. Ingredient to soak in water:- Fish tamarind – 2 nos. Ingredients to sauté:- 1. Onion – 1 2. Green chilli – 4 nos. 3. Ginger – large piece 4. Curry leaves 5. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp 6. Pepper powder – 1 tsp 7. Coconut oil – 3 tbsp 8. Salt - as required 9. Water - as required Preparation:- 1. Heat a mud kadayi with coconut oil and sauté onion, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves. 2. When it gets sauted add turmeric powder and pepper powder and sauté well. 3 Now add the grinded masala and let it boil in low flame. 4. Once it boils add soaked tamarind, required water and salt to it and let it boil in high flame. 5. Now add cleaned fish to it and cook it for 5 min. Now our tasty Shark fish curry is ready….
